This week we are continuing with unit 5 by learning what proportions are, how to solve proportions for an unknown, and how proportions can be used to help problem solve. This week students should be working on and checking part B of the study guide.
Midterms are Thursday and Friday. Science and social studies will be given on Thursday and math and ELA will be given on Friday. To prepare for math, students should know how to answer problems similar to parts A and B on the unit 5 study guide as well as equations and inequalities from unit 4.
We are on track to complete unit 5 and test by spring break.
